MENTAL HEALTH

I evaluate, diagnose and treat the following psychiatric mental health diagnoses for patients 18 years of age and older:
depression
anxiety
posttraumatic stress disorder
bipolar disorder I & II
attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
opioid use disorder
Initial evaluations are 1 hour long and include extensive labs and genetic testing to rule out medical conditions that could mimic mental health disorders. Medication management follow ups are 30-minute visits.

I evaluate, diagnose and treat the following acute medical conditions for patients 18 years of age and older:
urinary tract infection
sinusitis
upper respiratory infection
medication management
i.e. - refills of chronic and acute conditions
MEDICAL CANNABIS EVALUATION

I evaluate and approve individuals for medical cannabis to allow for clearance of a medicinal cannabis card.
